Mazen's Resort

We booked a 5 days stay for our boy Keetos. First timer, but will definitely will be a regular. The place is so clean, and the staff were great and always available for feedback about our boy either by phone calls, text, or videos. The whole experience was better than my expectations, though my standards are high. The management are very honest and refunded the value of some services that we paid for but were not provided due to external factors. Something that you will never encounter in nowadays businesses. Thanks for the great service that you provided and for the peace of mind that we all felt while you cared for our boy.

The best place to leave your dogs I mean fur babies! When they say dog resort..it truly is. My 2 dogs are very sheltered and spoilt so I was reluctant to send them anywhere. They’ve been going to mazen’s resort for both daycare/play dates and now Boarding. The place is beyond clean, the staff is exceptional and well trained. The whole atmosphere is very wholesome for your pets. It’s home away from Home. They get so much love and human and dog socialization. The resident vets make it even more comforting, knowing that they are well taken care of. Can’t recommend this place enough. So happy to Have found you Mazen Resorts.

Seriously i was blown away by how beautiful the place and staff are, the amount of care they provide to our furry four legged friends is incredible to say the least. The place is extremely clean, professional and just an absolute joy to be around. By far my best pet experience in Egypt! Keep it up guys, you are all fabulous!

I took my dogs to Mazen's Resort for daycare, and they had an amazing time! The place is perfect for dogs, with a great dog pool, plenty of space to play, and lots of opportunities to interact with other dogs. My dogs enjoyed every moment, from swimming to running around the yard. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all the dogs are happy and well cared for. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun, safe place for their pets!

I would highly recommend Mazen’s farm for anyone looking for boarding their dog for any period of time! We’ve been customers since 2021 and returned many times. They are very professional. They take care of his health, physical activity and well being so good – and follow through very meticulously with his diet and any special requests 🐾🤎 Highly recommended!

Clean place and the deluxe room with AC is perfect during summer ☀️ when i picked Bo2loz he was already showered and waiting in the AC and the vet checked him and we left in less than 30 minutes .. they always update you with photos and videos .. thank you so much for taking care of Bo2loz and we will see you again soon 🙏❤️

This was my first time using Mazen Resort for my 7-year-old Cavachon, Kiki. Kiki is a British-born dog, and as I divide my time between England and Egypt, finding a trustworthy and caring place for her was essential. The facilities at Mazen Resort are outstanding, and the team provides exceptional attention to each dog's individual needs. I especially appreciated that the resort is run by veterinarians, which gave me great peace of mind. While I was away, Kiki developed one of her recurring ear infections, which was promptly treated. Beyond excellent care, the resort offers a well-rounded experience for dogs, including plenty of social interaction, agility activities, regular walks, and impeccable cleanliness. Weekly baths (or as needed) ensure the dogs stay fresh and comfortable. Throughout the week, I received regular video updates and well-being check-ins, which reassured me that Kiki was in great hands. The owners are incredibly honest and kept me informed about everything, from her eating habits to her daily activities. Without a doubt, I will be using Mazen Resort again. Kiki loved making new friends, and I’m sure she’ll be eager to return for daycare!

This place is awesome! Aymen, Anas, Dr. Fatma, Mohammed and all the support staff were amazing. They helped me collect Freya from the airport, they provided her with great care and love at the resort, gave her a proper check-up and chipped her, and helped complete her paperwork and deliver her to me at the airport! Full service and they really care about the animals! On the business side, very responsive, and easy to deal with from paperwork to payment. I really want to thank everyone for all their help in bringing Freya to her new home in Tunisia, and hope all the best for Mazen’s Resort to continue to thrive as a business!
