They are simply the best. The place is extremely safe, clean, and very well organized. The team is professional, caring, and truly loves the dogs—they treat them like their own.
My dog absolutely loves staying there and is always happy and excited to go back, which gives me so much peace of mind. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is in such good hands.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving place for their pet!

I have used Mazen’s Resort Hotel twice now for my dog Cali, and I’ve already booked her third stay. The level of care and attention they give her is truly exceptional. The staff are kind, professional, and clearly love what they do, which makes me feel completely at ease every time I leave her with them.
I really appreciate the regular updates, photos, and videos—they always make me feel calm and secure, knowing that Cali is happy and very well cared for.
Based on my experience, I highly recommend Mazen’s Resort Hotel to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving place for their dog. We will definitely keep coming back!
