As a foreigner, the buying process came with many obstacles from car plate bidding to ownership transfer of my old car but Rico handled everything patiently and professionally. Whenever an issue came up, he worked through it one by one and made the whole process much smoother and less stressful for me. During car collection, he made sure the car was in perfect condition, parked under shelter, and washed before handover, which I really appreciated.
