Maxon Heating and Air

I am a first time customer and had a great first experience with Maxon. They were communicative, professional and treated my home with respect and care. My technician Brandon was knowledgeable, friendly and easily spotted the issue with my furnace and provided a quick solution. I’ll be using Maxon from here on out. I highly suggest you do the same!

We were very pleased with the service Brandon gave us. We had issues with our furnace at one of the coldest times of the year. He was very accommodating to our schedule and got us up and running again in just a few hours.

Maxon did a great job installing a new oil furnace in my home! It’s an older home with narrow access to the basement. The team brought the new equipment in and removed the old. Not an easy job! The equipment was heavy and there was literally 2” of clearance! The guys were extremely careful and did a professional installation. Great company and crew! Update: called Maxon out to work on the gas furnace in my daughter's home. Tech was awesome and completed the fix timely and professionally. Highly recommend this company!

I worked with Sean directly and he was able to work up a good plan to install a new 20 seer2 heat pump system. He is very professional and very detailed in his work. Definitely great craftsmanship.

It was so nice to have Brandon come out to service our issue. He has been here before and knows our system. Always nice, polite and will answer all my questions 🙂

Yesterday we got a really bad storm and I was heading home from work coming from Baltimore MD to Hanover PA. There were downed trees all over the roads and traffic couldn’t go anywhere. That’s where I met 5-6 gentlemen from Maxon HVAC and we cleared roughly 20-30 trees from the roads along with about 10 other guys that came along to help. These guys are tough, hardworking, and I could see how much they really care about their community. I may not have received HVAC services from them but was definitely impressed me with their hard work and commitment to making these roads serviceable. There was an ambulance that was trying to get through to take a seriously injured patient to the hospital but they couldn’t get through. Without these guys helping, it would’ve taken a lot longer. It was a wild experience but I’m just glad that they were there to help.

I reached out to Maxon Heating & Air after a power surge took out our geothermal system during the height of summer, and a technician was at my door the first thing the next morning. It required a couple visits because a few components needed to be replaced, and Brandon and Sean were both extremely pleasant to work with throughout the process. They were both very knowledgeable and happy to take the time to explain (and show me firsthand) exactly what was wrong in terms that I could understand, and the total cost felt exceedingly fair especially considering the extent of the damage. And as a final kindness, Sean gave me a really good deal on a surge protector to help make sure I don’t end up in the same situation again. I couldn’t be happier to be back up and running, and if I ever run into any other AC or plumbing issues, Maxon will be the first place I turn to. I can’t recommend them enough!
