Sam was an excellent salesperson!!! Furniture looks so amazing! Tables coming soon. Delivery guys set everything up and made sure we were happy before they left. I am extremely happy with my purchase! I’m coming back to buy more decor and more furniture! 🥰🥰🥰

I needed to rent a 20-foot truck and the first location I went to didn’t have one available, so they sent me to Max Furniture Outlet. I arrived right before closing, but the owner was still happy to help me out and rent me a U-Haul. Yes, they had it! The owner took care of everything quickly and professionally. They also have a drop box for after-hours key return, which is very convenient. Overall, a good experience and definitely recommended. Thanks!

Sam is absolute amazing. He’s friendly and answered all my questions. The delivery came on-time as he said. The team deliver and assemble them furniture are nice and efficient. The furniture itself has good quality. Overall good experience buying from the store. I will come back when I need more stuff.

I had a great experience with Max Furniture! It may look small from the outside, but they have a wide variety of quality furniture at fair prices. The Sales Associate was attentive and kind, making the entire process easy. They also offered affordable and fast delivery, even going out of their way to adjust their schedule to match our moving plans. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I had a great experience at Max Furniture Outlet! They had a wide selection and very fair prices. The whole process—from browsing to delivery—was smooth and professional. A big thank-you to Sam, who was incredibly helpful and patient throughout. He really listened to what I needed, offered great suggestions, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. No pressure—just honest, friendly service. The delivery was right on time, and the furniture looks amazing in my space. I’m very satisfied with the quality and the overall service. Highly recommend this place—and definitely ask for Sam when you go!

I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because the salesperson, Yazan, was genuinely kind during my visit. He noticed my 3-year-old niece was getting fussy while we were shopping and kindly gave her a small toy to keep her occupied. That thoughtful gesture really stood out and deserves recognition. Unfortunately, everything that followed after the purchase has been a huge disappointment. I purchased a sofa on October 12th and was told it would be delivered within 1-2 weeks. It's now been over two weeks, and the experience has been frustrating and poorly managed. After a week and a half with no communication, I called the store for an update and was told they were still waiting on Ashley Furniture to send the sofa to their store. By the end of week two, and still no proactive update, I drove to the store in person. That's when I was told they had forgotten to contact me, but that my sofa would arrive Friday Oct 24, to their store after 6 PM and would be delivered to my place on Saturday. I explained that I'd be out of town, so they rescheduled delivery for Monday between 1-4 PM. Monday came and went with no updates or calls. I reached out around 3 PM and was told I'd hear from the delivery team soon. They finally called after 4 PM.....just to say they wouldn't be delivering that day and would instead deliver the next day. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I've been more than patient, but there's been no accountability, no follow-up, and no urgency to correct their mistakes. While I appreciated the kindness of the salesperson, the overall experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. If you choose to shop here, I strongly recommend getting all delivery timelines in writing and being prepared for poor communication and follow-through.
