Dmytro was quick, diligent, and easy to schedule. He had great skill in troubleshooting what was wrong with my refrigerator in my hangar. I want to keep my older refrigerator working as the newer ones tend to go out every few years due to all the 'energy efficiency' features. My only comment would be there was a lot of confusion over pricing. The estimate given in the beginning was true, but he kept saying this is free, that is free, etc. while he was working... He also kept saying he wasn't going to charge me, and I said I need to pay you for your time and resources. I would say just ask him if you should plan to pay the quote, or if it is changing, etc... It was all good in the end and I paid more than he asked for his services as he did a great job and saved a lot of hassle for me. Just a lot of unnecessary confusion for no reason. I also have no issue with a price changing if more things are discovered. I will definitely use him again and recommend him. Very fair and reasonable, and the 2 hour window with availability the next day was great to plan around. My parents have used him 3 times already and will continue to use him.
