Max & Min Vets are honestly exceptional. The whole team is super friendly, caring and patient, and the clinic itself is so thoughtfully arranged that it really helps minimise any stress for our fur babies. Their membership system is brilliant — flea and worm treatments are posted directly to us, which saves time and avoids unnecessary trips. Every visit feels organised and relaxed, and the vets are incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to explain every possibility clearly, so you always know exactly what is happening and why. My anxious boy actually wants to go in, even when it is his brother’s appointment, which says everything about how good they are. Highly recommended.

From the moment I walked in, the staff at Max and Min were exceptionally caring and provided amazing customer service. Even though my insurance didn’t cover the cost, I feel every penny spent was completely worth it. The team were so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring — I was absolutely amazed by the level of compassion and professionalism they showed.
