Glen was very professional and fully checked my hvac system. He gave me a heads up when he was on his way and placed protective cloth in the area he worked on to access my attic. He explained everything on what’s about to happen, took photos, gave me a report of his findings and recommendations. This process set the stage for his outstanding professional service as well as cleared my expectations. Recently had Max Air out to diagnose a potential efficiency problem with our system and discovered that we had a dual zone capable system that was completely disconnected and never utilized. We were thrilled with their thoroughness since two other companies never informed us of its capabilities let alone offered to do anything about it. They were able to reconnect everything, add another thermostat to our upstairs, and test it to make sure it was working properly. It works great and solves the problems we were having without having to add anything new, saving us money in the process.
