If you know this area, then you know it is a beautiful block just a few miles from Sacramento State College. Unfortunately this block leads off to a street that has a portion that ends at the railroad tracks! This area of the street is notorious for dumping! So I applaud the landlords efforts to have me come out on the behalf of his tenants. The landlord really stepped up to insure his property was not going to be apart of the problem. The need he felt to take responsibility for helping his tenants with their old pieces is huge.
