One of the most impressive achievements was the completion of the RC frame ahead of the target date, clawing back a remarkable six weeks. This was no easy feat, yet Florin’s leadership and drive were pivotal in making this possible. His focus on maintaining a productive and efficient work environment allowed us to not only meet but exceed our expectations. His proactive approach and commitment to the timeline were a game-changer for the project. Florin’s/Matteoconstruction role in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety cannot go unmentioned. Throughout the entire duration of the build, Florin conducted regular audits, consistently achieving perfect scores. His thoroughness in this area gave everyone on-site peace of mind, knowing that safety was never compromised, even with the tight deadlines we were working under. The relationship that Florin built with both myself, as the site engineer, and the main contractor, FARRANS, was exceptional. He worked seamlessly with the main contractor, ensuring that everyone was aligned, and as a result, the project flowed smoothly with minimal disruption. Florin/Matteoconstruction Ltd are not just a leader who gets the job done—he’s a leader who inspires those around him to deliver excellence. Great company, can highly recommend. Had an extension built & everything from start to finish was very professional. Nothing was to much trouble & was always kept updated with any potential problems or changes. Very pleased.
