John and his team did a wonderful job! They were prompt in providing a quote, and were very flexible with me as I had to reschedule our services due to some shipping issues. When they came out - they were on time, professional/friendly and got the work done in a timely manner. They helped me out tremendously moving and installing one fan, installing two new fans and installing two new light fixtures. They even took the old fan and fixtures off my hands so I wouldn’t have to worry about taking anywhere. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them for future electrical work we are planning.

I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Matrix Electrical Services. My outdoor hot tub suddenly stopped working, and I had no idea what was wrong. Instead of guessing, John carefully tested everything until he pinpointed the issue — a broken circuit breaker (which, funny enough, was his first hunch). John and his assistant, Dylan, were awesome — super professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on and how they fixed it. John also helped me with a kitchen lighting problem and even gave me great advice on a better product to use. They showed up right on time, gave me a quick heads-up call when they were on their way, and made paying really easy with a secure online system. Prices were totally fair too. I’ve had a lot of different service folks come to my house over the past few years, and Matrix is one of the very few I’d call again without hesitation. Highly recommend!
