My radiator went out on my Chevy 2500 while I was on a long drive to Texas . Matrix had radiator and thermostat replaced in just few hours . Even when the shop was busy they gave me 5 star service . Thanks Alex and the mechanics.

Excellent service at Matrix Auto Service. I spoke with the manager the day before, and he really listened to my concerns and took the time to understand the issue. He researched the correct transfer case fluid to ensure the repair was done correctly and even helped guide me on what was needed.
When I returned the next day, the staff was friendly and professional. The technician explained the dash code and showed me exactly what was going on with the transfer case and a few other items. I felt comfortable the entire time and never felt rushed.
Overall, it truly felt like they cared about doing the job right.Excellent service, fair pricing, and a very positive experience. Highly recommend.
