I can't say enough great things about Colton, Rowdy and the Mathews Excavating & Septic crew! You won't find any organization better than them! I had a leach field failure. The new engineered leach field design was a bit of a challenge, but aside from being fairly priced, their performance was top tier beginning to end. They did the entire project, including the required electrical work. Another bidder had left that aspect to me. They held to the terms of the contract, started on time, kept me informed through the process, finished on time, and made sure I was happy throughout. You couldn't ask for a better crew! They are all top notch! That said, it goes without saying that I highly recommend their services!

Mathews Excavating & Septic did an exceptional job repairing a settled sewer line with root intrusion. They were professional and got the job completed in the timeframe they quoted. While selling our home we discovered that we needed to install a new leach field. Rowdy and Colton were professional, honest, and came up with the best option for our property. If you have anything septic related needing done I cannot recommend Mathews excavating enough! Not only are they prompt, professional, and friendly but they are one of the rare companies that don't blow smoke and overcharge you. I would highly recommend Mathews Excavating located in Elizabeth, CO. We had a leak in our well and they went out of their way to get it taken care of expediently & efficiently. I had a great experience with Matthews Excavating. We had a water level issue in our septic tank, they had a theory that the line from the tank to the leach field had an upward slope. They verified this by putting a camera in the line and inspecting it. Their hunch was correct and we had planned for Matthews to replace the pipe, which as about 100' long. After a brief conversation, Matthews was able to bring a crew out to fully excavate the line and replace it right then and there, on the same day. I was extremely happy with the customer service, the fact that they had the entire project done in about three hours from discovering the issue, and the professionalism of their crew. Also, despite digging a 6' deep by 100' trench, the ground over the trench is perfectly level and clean, just as it was before the repair started. Overall awesome experience. I will definitely use Matthews going forward.
