Did a ptca stenting of heart vessel yesterday in 30 years healthy boy who came with history of right elbow pain since 4 month. Was visiting 3-4 Ortho/ bone specialist since 3 months. But no relief. Came to me and I did his angiogram. On table after opening the 80% block his pain disappeared instantly.
Take home message: cardiac pain can present as right arm/ shoulder pain also
