Atypical presentation of heart blocks:
36 years young boy with no bad habits came to me with history of jaw pain since 1 month. Seen many dentist and general doctors. No painkiller could reduce the pain.
Today I did his angiogram
Right side vessel is 100% blocked. This is the reason for his tooth and jaw pain.
