Extremely late review! But it needed to be done. Couldn’t recommend you guys enough for your prompt response and ability to come to my house for a windscreen replacement. I was even more so grateful when within 1 hour of replacement and us driving on the highway for us to get a chip and you guys being soo accomodating to fix our chip on our way home. After reaching out to several places and encountering either a lack of response or exorbitant quotes of $200+ for chip repair or only offering a full windscreen replacement, I found Mates Rates. Had my windscreen replaced last week by one of their installers, to my surprise He had not installed the plastic trim around the rear view mirror and it was because He had cracked the windscreen when installing the mirror, they confirmed this by never returning my phone calls and messages and ghosting me without once having a discussion about it, it's easy to be nice when things go well but as soon as you encounter a problem it shows your true character and poor customer service. STAY AWAY from this business! In response to the below: You never contacted me back with a solution or offered a replacement and I never heard from the installer, the installer removed that trim piece not me. and your response to this negative feedback is your way of making me look bad instead of taking responsibility.
