We had an excellent experience with Masterpoint Appliance. They came out to work on our stove and made sure everything was safe, which was extremely important to us since we have an infant in the house and were very concerned about a potential gas leak.
Elvin was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, what our next steps should be, and made sure we felt confident that our home was safe before he left.
