Elvin was very quick to come out and look at my dryer after it started making a grinding sound. Apparently I had to replace the motor to the dryer completely. He was upfront about the pricing and finished the job in the timeframe that was promised. Highly recommend!!

Someone came out in a personal car and spent over an hour diagnosing the problem. He replaced a part butvthe part was bad . Ordered a new one and returned three days later. Over $450. Very nice man but I dont think he knew what he was doing as he was on the phone discussing most ofvthe time. 5 weeks later dishwasher not working. I called and left a message and no obe called back. I called again later in the afternoon and someone picked up not identifying as appliance repair. They said someone would call me back. I received a response the next day and someone came out and checked that it was not the part that was replaced but could be a different issue. They reset the computer and it is currently working.
