I would not recommend this service. The technician seemed to rely on ChatGPT instead of properly diagnosing the freezer and tried to upsell me on replacing the compressor and fan. He wasn’t able to fix the issue and said it would take a couple more days. I ended up calling another technician, who correctly diagnosed the problem as a faulty control unit and fixed it the same day. This saved me a significant amount of money. Get a second opinion before agreeing to any major repairs with this company.

Elvin was very quick to come out and look at my dryer after it started making a grinding sound. Apparently I had to replace the motor to the dryer completely. He was upfront about the pricing and finished the job in the timeframe that was promised. Highly recommend!!
