Elvin was very quick to come out and look at my dryer after it started making a grinding sound. Apparently I had to replace the motor to the dryer completely. He was upfront about the pricing and finished the job in the timeframe that was promised. Highly recommend!!

Ok folks, I was ver y reluctant about calling someone to repair my oven. I waited 5 months! Finally, my family said that's enough! So I find Masterpoint Appliances on goggle. Elvin came out the same day, he was personable, professional, and honest. I was very, very impressed and relieved to have found them on the first call!
