BEWARE * Horrible company and experience, the technician agreed on a price than changed once job was completed $300 for a 5 min job??? Do not recommend this company and should be investigated by the state that I will be reporting

The locksmith was very professional, he came on a Sunday and rekeyed my car. 10 out of 10 must recommend. He also charged a fair price i so grateful I waited on another service for 3 hours and this company came in 30 minutes.

I called Masterkey locksmith yesterday when I got locked out of my car. They sent Artem out. Came on time and were professional and fast. Highly recommend them.

Fast and efficient! I locked myself out of the house on a very cold night and after calling several different companies who all promised me it would be 30 minutes. Masterkey showed up when they said they would. The technician was polite, quick, and helpful.

In awe of their professionalism. They arrived in 20 min after initial service call and did the job instantaneously. Recommend!!!

Do not waste your time calling these people they’re not understanding of your situation. I called him at 10 o’clock. He came in 45 minutes. He said that he was able to replace my lock. It took him three hours. He finally opened the door for my business and then after he opened it, he told me he’s gonna leave and he doesn’t know when he’s gonna come back remind you my child is in daycare I called him and 1 hour after he left and I asked where he is. They respond back with well. They won’t be back till one to two hours and I told him I have to be gone by 3:30. and he’s giving me a attitude and arguing with me For a business owner, you are very unprofessional and this is not how you treat your customers cause I myself am a business owner and I would never inconvenience my clients the way you people did And he’s telling me it’s OK leave your shop with the door wide open for someone to come in and steal all my merchandise. I am a crystal shop people come in and out every 30 to 40 minutes. Wow

The tech went above and beyond to help me get into my storage unit greatly appreciate the effort and being able to help me. Thanks a million.
