Fast and efficient! I locked myself out of the house on a very cold night and after calling several different companies who all promised me it would be 30 minutes. Masterkey showed up when they said they would. The technician was polite, quick, and helpful.

I lost my keys to my vehicle and was put in touch with MasterKey through AAA. they came quickly but were unable to program the new key fob. But they refused to give up. A second technician reached out and asked to give it a try and came out that same night. He was outside in the cold fighting with it for over an hour! And when that didn’t work, he offered to do more research and come back the next day and keep trying. Sure enough, third time was charm and I got a new key fob for half the price that the dealership was asking. Absolutely would use them again.

Because life is hectic and hard we had to call these guys and they came out within 1.5 hours and he literally unlocked the door so quietly we didn’t even notice! Good communication and fair pricing!
