Justin A ia a great driver. Very respectful and very expedient. I had a problem with the place I needed to take my car being closed and he called his boss to take it somewhere else. No problems at all. Very reasonable rates and very nice!

Sam came to tow our car. Our driveway is very narrow, with two columns on each side, on a very busy road. He took his time, backed in safely and then had to physically push the car around in the rain to line it up with his flat bed. He never quit, never complained and was a complete gentleman. Old school great service, yes from a towing service.

Justin was very helpful. Came and did the job that AAA obviously couldn’t do.

Called after destroying two tires (Thanks, Indianapolis roads), then waiting for over two hours for a nationally known Three letter roadside service assistant company that kept pushing back the time for a tow. Searched the nearest tow truck company with great ratings and found Master, flat bed truck arrived 35 minutes after the call and transported my car to Costco so that I could get new tires. Excellent customer service, driver communicated with me via text to let me know ETA and was very personable. Will be my first call if I have future towing needs.

Worked with Sam to get my 2008 Acura TL towed to a shop by my house after a braking issue. He was great. Arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional. Will be calling these folks again if I ever need a towing service. Highly recommend them!!
