Master Towing Service

Found my vehicle undriveable this morning and after a snafu with one of the auto repair companies, Master towed my car twice in one day at very reasonable prices. I was sent photos and videos of my video for both pickup and drop off. 100% recommend and appreciate the help and efficiency.

Adam was friendly and very professional. He towed my vehicle and also educated me on how to maneuver my vehicle if issues arise. I really appreciate Adam’s kindness and his willingness to help. I will definitely use his service again, thanks Adam.

Sam came to tow our car. Our driveway is very narrow, with two columns on each side, on a very busy road. He took his time, backed in safely and then had to physically push the car around in the rain to line it up with his flat bed. He never quit, never complained and was a complete gentleman. Old school great service, yes from a towing service.

Called after destroying two tires (Thanks, Indianapolis roads), then waiting for over two hours for a nationally known Three letter roadside service assistant company that kept pushing back the time for a tow. Searched the nearest tow truck company with great ratings and found Master, flat bed truck arrived 35 minutes after the call and transported my car to Costco so that I could get new tires. Excellent customer service, driver communicated with me via text to let me know ETA and was very personable. Will be my first call if I have future towing needs.
