Yak up and his crew did a phenomenal job on our house. We had roof, siding, and exterior doors done at a very reasonable price. He kept us in the loop and always communicated in a timely manner. This was my best experience I've had with a contractor. Not only is he professional, but he was also very patient with me and always went above and beyond. I had originally gotten an estimate from him almost a year before finally committing, while constantly changing the scope of the project (depending on what I could afford). He demonstrated a lot of patience with me there. Not only did I get my roof done, but he also replaced my bilco door in the back, new gutters (and guards), fixed my sagging bay windows. He did some extra work- touch up painting on the top of my chimney and the roof vents. He even cut in new exhaust fan ports on the roof for me (I had my bathroom exhaust just going to the soffit previously). He didn't cut corners and spent extra time doing things right. My old gutters dropped water from the top to the next ridgeline; whereas he took the extra time to make sure they were routed to reduce wear and tear on the shingles. He's got great character and absolutely someone that I would entrust my home to. I actually look forward to the next home upgrade with Yakup.

It was such a pleasure working with yakov and his crew when they were finished they left my property cdean and the job was done very professionally.
