Josh came out on Saturday, super helpful. Our compressor completely failed, gave us a timeline to get new part, brought a window units until he can get it fixed and was a fantastic representation of this company. Would give 10 stars if able.

MSC installed the system in our house when we built 8 years ago and just installed a new system in my shop today. They've always been fantastic and have treated us very well. We very highly recommend MSC for any of your HVAC needs.

Josh came & did an initial check on our AC unit. He gave us an estimate to add the fresh air unit to our system. He showed up on time to install it & did a great job. I'm very happy with MSC!

They were very professional and went above and beyond on service. Install was only 1/2 day. I had to leave and go back to work, the technicians when finished even closed all my windows. Awesome service!!

I initially scheduled a service call because I was concerned my system wasn’t running correctly. Heather in the office was very professional and scheduled me with Jasper. Jasper came out and did find some issues so he had to come back to address. He worked hard to find a solution and in addition Mike, the owner got involved. Josh (another tech) and Jasper came out and worked together to complete the job. Something was still not right after they left and Jasper promptly returned to address. The system wasn’t running correctly still but it was running and cooling. The next day (Saturday), Josh was on call and came out and found a few other issues and corrected them and now the system works better than it did before. I thought the price of the service was reasonable and the professionalism and quick response of the entire MSC team was impressive.
