Thanks to Luis, Ethan, and the whole crew for our partial roof replacement. Our roof was OLD and literally falling apart. From the initial free estimate to the actual work day, communication was great and we were treated with respect. Our home was well protected from the debris during the work. Completion of the project was quick and efficient. The roof looks great and we are protected by a warranty if anything should happen. Luis and team were gracious, professional, and assited us with designing the vent system for a soon to be heated barn space. His team completed the entire job in just one working day! I recently hired Luis and his team from Master Elite Construction to remove the non-working wooden gutters, cut back the roof overhang, lay down a rubber roof over the porch, and install wooden shingles around the back side of my federal-period home. Luis and his team were professional and did a great job. From the beginning, Luis was approachable, responded very quickly, and was able to get my roof done in a timely fashion. I even needed plywood boards replaced and he went out and got them on spot which didn't impede on any time that it took to finish. I had my roof redone and some windows replaced. Luis and his crew got the job done quickly and neatly. Luis kept up a steady line of communication to let me know about progress made and any minor issues that arise. His workers were polite and professional and friendly. They did an excellent job inside and out, and left the worksite spotlessly clean when they were finished. I will definitely keep Master Elite in mind for future projects around my house.
