Great customer experience: Master Contracting does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. The owner provided a detailed list of work items to be completed and a price in writing in advance. Everything was very transparent from start to finish. It is refreshing not to have to chase down a contractor. We hired them to relay and regrout a large stone patio around a pool, and a walkway at the front of the house, based on the recommendation of our neighbor who had done a similar project. Our project included cutting and replacing broken slabs. Both the owner and son are driven by excellence in the quality of their work and want to exceed your expectations. They were very easy to deal with and open to making adjustments. We are very happy with our new patio and walkway and look forward to working with them on future masonry projects. Also having seen before and after pics of their carpentry work, we are on their list for some window repairs as well. A home improvement project that came out great and felt easy as an owner! We had a small job performed by Master Contracting, consisting of repairs to a retaining wall and stucco, building a platform for a rain barrel, as well as replacing insulation in a crawl space. The contractor gave us a fair estimate for the work, was able to perform the work as stated, and left the work area clean and tidy.

Our front steps were in bad repair. Victor gave us a proposal to redo the entire approach. After 3 days, we now have a beautiful new front porch. The company is meticulous about their masonry work. Highly recommended.

We have utilized D’Souza for multiple projects, including masonry, fencing, and roofing work. Everything was done with the utmost professionalism. D’Souza is very honest and transparent in describing the scope of work and providing options. He is also a gentleman who treats his customers with the utmost respect and courtesy.
