James did a wonderful job of cleaning the inside of my car. He was very sweet and kind too! Because my car was in the middle of my driveway he had to park his van behind mine and as a result several people stopped to talk to him and get his business card! Massachusetts Mobile Detailing deserves 10 stars! I worked with Ruben and Danny, and from start to finish they brought the most positive energy, incredible work ethic, and true professionalism. They were great communicators—scheduled to arrive at 9:30 and showed up exactly at 9:30. I live in the North End where parking is notoriously tough, and on top of that it was freezing out with intense wind gusts. I had them park in the coldest wind tunnel imaginable, and despite the harsh conditions these guys worked for four full hours with nothing but kindness, friendliness, and absolute dedication. The car hadn’t been washed in over two years and it showed—MA fall leaves, spring pollen, winter grime—you name it, it was on there. Ruben and Danny transformed it. Their attention to detail was unreal. Danny worked especially hard on the wheels, which were completely covered in rust and dirt. By the time he finished, they were silver, shiny, and honestly looked brand new. The interior also got the refresh it desperately needed. They vacuumed and showered every corner and left it smelling like a brand-new car. I had also scraped a yellow pole on a bumper, and they buffed and polished it out so perfectly that you’d never know anything happened. A huge bonus: Ruben previously worked in a body shop, and when he turned the car on he immediately noticed a muffler issue I already gotten looked at but needed a contact for fixing the issue. He explained the problem in a clear, easy-to-understand way (especially helpful since I know nothing about cars!) and even gave me a contact to get it fixed—saving me time, gas money, and future headaches. Beyond the incredible work, Ruben and Danny were simply amazing people to be around—fun, kind, respectful, polite, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. They came to my home despite brutal weather, made the whole experience easy, and honestly made my mom and my day brighter (and my car sparkly). For the level of service, expertise, and effort they put in, the price was more than reasonable and absolutely worth every penny. We will DEFINITELY be calling Massachusetts Mobile Detailing again! Highly, highly recommend!

Mass Mobile Detailing did and OUTSTANDING job on my car. The young man who worked on my car was very hard-working and very pleasant. My car is 5-years-old and the interior looked almost brand new after the clean. Most importantly, it had a lingering horrible smell from my dog who was sprayed by a skunk that I was unable to get rid of despite my best effort. The smell is completely gone. I have already recommended Mass Mobile Detailing to 3 other people.
