I highly recommend Masons’s Plumbing and Heating Inc. The technicians were professional and very personable while working in difficult outdoor conditions. They were methodical and knowledgeable in their approach and showed great patience when trouble shooting the problem. The issue was quickly identified and then fixed. The techs were great representatives for Mason’s plumbing and we were absolutely thrilled to get the water back on before a major snowstorm arrived. Great work Mason’s!

I was having a problem with air in my system for over 6 months. Another plumbing company I contacted could not figure what the problem was. Masons plumbing found the problem and repaired. Thank you for helping me avoid a much larger problem.

Zero stars. BEWARE. Overcharging for sub standard work. The list of problems we've dealt with on our new home build (2024) caused by incompetent Masons Plumbing and Heating installation and "maintenance" is far too much to write in detail for this space, but everything we've had installed (heat pumps/water tank/in-floor heating & exterior vents) has cost us about $3.5k to fix, as well as multiple visits from professionals. We called Masons Plumbing twice to chat about our problems, asked to speak with the owner/s, but was never contacted back. We've moved on, found a locally well respected and knowledgable plumbing and HVAC businesses in Bridgewater and Lunenburg who have fixed our issues and explained how and why Masons installations failed. Masons Plumbing clearly doesn't care to address issues with good customers who put their faith and tens of thousands of dollars into their business. Find other options. There are a lot better out there.

I was very happy with the quick response from Mason's. We had an emergency during a time when everyone was having plumbing problems after the cold freeze. They were here within 30-45min, were very professional and did as minimal damage in accessing and repairing the 2 busted pipes in my finished basement. I highly recommend these guys!

As a newcomer, living in a rural area + having complex heating, water and sewage systems, I needed someone I could trust - and that's Mason's. Five stars

I can't recommend Mason's Plumbing and Heating enough. The gentleman they sent out was professional, polite, explained everything clearly, including best practices for maintaining our new UV filter, left us with zero mess and even a replacement filter. Not to mention that they're a local company run by an awesome family :)

After having dealt with a few plumbers throughout he years, I have finally found THE ONE!. Jake Mason and Dean are great. No Overcharging, all equipped, on time, good availability and very pleasant people to deal with. Great job guys!

I have had amazing results with Jake and his team of professionals with our new home. Efficient and practical are what you need in plumbing, from planning the re-circulation line to separating the outside faucets from the whole house water filter. They stand by their work and I stand by their quality.

We had masons do a rough in on a new build, it was very slow and they had to be called back to finish the rough in, there was no communication and alot of questions left unanswered after they were done. 2 stars because the work did get completed but we will be going with a different company to finish the job.
