MAS Auto Repair Shop LLC

My Wife, Dog and myself were stranded in 100 degree weather while returning from a 2500 Mile road trip. I tried 8 different shops, no one could do it same day and no one could guarantee the next day either. ( It was a 1 hr Alternator job) The wonderful people at MAS shuffled some things around and got us back on the road in hours, while we hung out in their air conditioned lobby. These are good people, I really appreciate this community and caring based business. If I lived here it would be my go to. They also charge a very modest amount and didn't that advantage of us because we were stuck.

First and only time I will be going to them, took my truck in to fix my transmission, transmission was fixed ok but they broke two other parts while doing that. That plastic was not broken! Even looks like they switched it out🙄 and they left the emergency break pedal super bent to another side. Don’t recommend!! Edit. White 2004 Chevy Silverado with the Jordan logo sticker on the back window, Sandra Avalos. I got the truck back 4-5 weeks ago. Not the wrong place.

This shop was great!! Staff was very friendly and with great communication. Very reasonable labor pricing. The guys are hard workers and did an excellent job fixing a few issues I needed help with and the turnaround on getting my vehicle back was pretty short considering what they did for me. I will definitely use them again in the future and will be sure to recommend them to others.

They were polite, helpful, and fast! I'm from out of state I called and asked if they could squeeze me in because my tires were concerning me. Knowing the situation they squeezed me into their schedule as soon as the could, I didn't even have to wait any longer than half an hour before a professional was able to inspect my vehicle! They were able to rotate my tires as well as complete a full inspection of my suspension. Their price was MORE than fair! I appreciated their consultation and if I lived here I would most certainly bring my vehicle back to them again.

I called and they made time to check out my car and take it for a test drive outta their busy day. All other shops gave me a three week wait just to look at my car. They were most definitely nice. They adjusted the pressure on my tires let me know a few things and let me go without saying I needed to dump cash into the car. Appreciated them a lot! For sure plan on doing business with them in the future

Incredible service. Came and helped out my wife who broke down 2 hours away from home. They stayed after hours and towed my wife's car to their shop. Replaced her alternator so she could get home safe. We even offered a tip but they refused. Such great guys. Can't recommend enough. Thank you Martinez Auto!

Took my vehicle in for an engine replacement. They did not replace the engine. They replace my seals, poured stop leak in it, and hoped I wouldn't notice. Do not take your vehicles there. They also broke my radiator and charged me for a new one, when I had just had a new one installed a year prior. When I got my vehicle back from them, my entire electrical system was out. Radio was shot. Windows no longer worked. All my electrical worked when I rolled it in for engine repair. They said for more money, they would fix the electrical issue. No thanks. 👎 There was almost no gas left in it when I got it back, I had to immediately pull off and fill it up with gas so I didn't run out. At least my gas gage worked. 🙄.No I won't change my post, or take it down. I have all the evidence and pictures of what was done, and not done. I have receipts for the services as well. If you threaten things online, you might want to be at least certain in your bluster. Edit: Questioning your client's competence, never goes well in your favor. I am very certain in which shop I went to, and I see you took down the last threatening, and rude response you all put up the last time. I make certain to tell EVERYONE that you guys are a horrible company, and I make sure to point them to a much better, reputable company, here locally. Feel free to continue lying about your shady business practices, many people I've talked to, will never take their vehicle to you guys again. There isn't one person in that shop that is honest, nor is there anyone there who can actually fix vehicles.
