Recommended by Buxton for my property purchase. I was incorrectly charged extra amount and little was refunded. Despite asking multiple timesstatement was provided after months purposely to take away the money. When asked why i am paying for vendors pexa and lawyers fees he said thats how it is. Even after paying them i lost 1000+ dollar becuase of poor settlement statement or he took that extea cash. He said its pexa and i dont think it ever happened to me such a bad way.I have done more than 10 settlements but this conveyancer turned to be the most suspicious and finally i am loser of the.money. Even after losing money i got a mail from Victorian state office as first home buyer. I have been an investor for this purchase and it was never notified. For a 550k purchase he took 38k extra for stamp duty and other expense. Refunded a little. Moral dont trust this conveyancer for real estate transactions. You lose money peace of mind and stress as nothing was done properly.

DO A FAVOUR TO YOURSELF, PLEASE AVOID THEM. I want to rate zero but no choice I contacted them for my first property purchase. Initially, they seemed helpful, but communication quickly became extremely poor. They suddenly stopped responding, despite my repeated requests for proper quotes/license details, which I needed to verify before proceeding. I never received these. Although the delay started over a weekend, which I understand, even once the weekday began there was still no proper response or follow-up. More concerning, they failed to provide any meaningful review or professional feedback on the property, even though other conveyancers quickly identified serious red flags that should have been flagged early at first go itself. It felt like they were only interested in taking money, with no clear communication or professional guidance. Their approach seemed very casual, as if issues could be dealt with later, but as a customer, I expect transparency, timely responses, and proper advice to help make informed decisions. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking.
