Maru Ramen is a fusion Asian spot that blends Japanese and Vietnamese flavors. The vibe is nice, but for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of quality — though to be fair, the portions are solid.
I tried the Tonkotsu Ramen, Shrimp Tempura Ramen, and the Shrimp Tempura Crab Roll. The flavors were okay, but the chashu was overcooked, which definitely took away from the experience. Service was fine — nothing bad, but nothing memorable either.
Overall, not a bad place if you’re in the area and craving ramen.
