Martin is not a responsive Realtor. I reached out to him a week ago with a simple question on one of his listings and he didn’t even have the courtesy to respond. As a professional that has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, this should never happen. I’m sure his client sitting with a vacant unit wouldn’t appreciate not responding to questions from potential buyers.
