Tom carried out a Level 3 survey on a house we’ve recently put an offer on and honestly couldn’t fault him. He kept in touch the whole way through and always replied quickly, which made things feel a lot less stressful. You’re already overthinking everything when buying a house, so good communication really helps. After we got the report, Tom even spent part of his evening going through it with us. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and talked through any concerns. It made the whole thing feel much more manageable. Really appreciate the time and effort he put in, would definitely recommend him to anyone.
