RICS Level 3 Survey We were very pleased with the timing and detail of the report, and the communication was fantastic. Ben managed to work to our tight timelines whilst producing a thorough report complete with lots of images. It was clear time and care was taken in undertaking the survey. We had a follow up call the day after which was very helpful. The quality of the service and report was far above what we have experienced with previous homebuyers surveys. Would recommend to family and friends.

Excellent service. Tom was on point with his knowledge and experience when he came to investigate subsidence and damp at the property. Tom clearly explained the next course of action i would need to take to resolve the issue, he also undertook a thorough investigation of the roof with the aid of drone to ensure the check the quality of the roof.

Excellent service from Tom and Ben at Marshall Laurence. We had a full Level 3 survey done on a property, which uncovered some problems we were glad to know about. Tom took the time to talk us through the report and offer advice as well as diagnoses - something we really appreciated. The report itself was incredibly detailed and careful, and will really help us with renovations on the property. It also helped us negotiate 5k of the price of the house - so paid for itself several times over. Really fantastic personal, friendly service, which I'd recommend very highly.

Ben and Tom were great from the start. Recommending a pre-purchase survey best suited to our needs (RICS L2), they were available within a matter of days from our request, given a last-minute opening to perform the survey. The report produced was promptly received, but was really detailed. It had photos from throughout the property (including drone shots of the roof), and summarised the actions for attention clearly. With the backing of the RICS certification and framework for the report, it has given us the tools and insight, using both Ben and Tom’s history in the building industry, for us to make informed onward decisions. Their on-hand and follow up advice / clarification has been an added bonus - this and the survey itself against a very reasonable quote for their services.
