Marshall Appliance Repair

My washer was leaking so Marshall inspected it a last week and determined all it needed was a new inlet valve so within two days after part had come, the company called to schedule an appointment. The time frame was between 12-3 and he came right at noon and finished the job within 20 minutes. He was friendly, efficient and answered all my questions.

Bogdan showed up to my house to repair a gas range with a gas leak with a MARSHALL APPLIANCE REPAIR badge on, but I was told he was sent from ART APPLIANCE as a third party per First American home warranty. He shows up with 20 words of English and breaks the range further, fills my house will gas as he is "testing" and leaves without any explanation except "it broken. Me make report." I called Marshall Appliance and was told he doesn't work for them. First American has sent out an additional tech from another company and rendered our gas range broken based on what Bogdan did to it, regardless of how it presented prior. Overlook the fake reviews from their friends and go elsewhere.
