Today our technicians completed a complex repair on a premium Wolf dual-fuel range near Downtown / Midtown San Diego, CA.
The customer contacted us because the large right-side oven stopped working completely. None of the cooking modes would operate — Bake, Broil, and Convection were all inactive with no heat output at all. At the same time, the left oven continued operating normally, which made the diagnosis more complex.
During advanced diagnostics and control system inspection, our technician discovered an uncommon failure inside the main control board. One of the relay contacts had separated from the board, interrupting power delivery to the heating circuits of the right oven cavity.
Instead of replacing the entire expensive control board, we performed component-level board repair. Our technician carefully restored and soldered the damaged relay connection, inspected surrounding circuitry, and completed full electrical testing.
After reassembly and calibration, all oven functions returned to normal operation. Bake, Broil, and Convection modes started heating correctly again and the oven passed final temperature testing.
