The customer contacted us because one of the burners stopped igniting correctly, and the oven began showing temperature sensing errors. The Dacor oven could not properly detect the internal cavity temperature, causing unstable heating cycles, delayed preheating, and inconsistent cooking performance. Our technician first diagnosed and replaced a faulty igniter that was no longer producing stable ignition.
