Today we completed a diagnostic visit for an LG WashTower (LG Washer + LG Dryer) in Coronado, one of the premium coastal communities near Imperial Beach, CA. The customer reported an E1 error, preventing the washer from completing cycles properly.
During troubleshooting, we inspected the water supply system, drain operation, internal connections, and electronic controls. Our testing showed the issue is related to the water inlet valve assembly or the pressure sensor integrated with the water control system, causing incorrect water level detection and interrupting normal operation.
After completing diagnostics, we identified the required parts and placed an order for original LG replacement components. Today’s visit focused on confirming the failure and preparing the unit for repair. We are scheduled to return in two days to install the parts, perform full operational testing, and verify stable performance across wash cycles.
As part of the service, we’ll also complete a professional washer cleaning using specialized cleaning tablets to remove buildup, eliminate odors, and improve long-term washing performance.
