recent service call in Carmel Valley involved a built-in Krushr trash compactor that would not power on. The customer reported the unit was completely unresponsive and the power button no longer activated the machine.
After diagnostics, our technician found a failed power switch assembly. The start button had worn internally and was no longer sending a signal to the control system. We tested the wiring, safety switches, and electronic components to confirm the faulty power button was the source of the problem.
A replacement switch has been ordered and will be installed during the follow-up visit. Once installed, we will perform full testing to verify proper compaction cycles and safe operation.
