Service visit for a brand-new Samsung refrigerator in the Hidden Meadows, Escondido, CA area.
The customer contacted us because the ice maker and water dispenser on her new Samsung refrigerator were not working. Since the refrigerator had just been recently purchased and installed, she was concerned that there might be a defect or technical issue with the unit.
The customer first sent us photos of the Samsung refrigerator, explaining that the ice maker was not producing ice and the water dispenser was not dispensing water. Based on her description and the photos, we scheduled a service visit to inspect the system.
After arriving at the home, our technician performed a quick inspection and discovered that the issue was very simple — the water supply line to the Samsung refrigerator had not been connected during installation. We carefully moved the refrigerator, properly connected the water line, secured all fittings, and tested the system.
Immediately after restoring the water supply, the ice maker and water dispenser on the Samsung refrigerator started working normally. Because the refrigerator was brand new and the issue was minor, we decided not to charge the customer for this visit. We believe in honest service and helping our clients when possible.
