Stacked Washer & Dryer Unit Repair — Motor & Belt Replacement

The customer contacted us regarding a stacked washer and dryer unit that had stopped spinning and drying properly. The unit would turn on, but the drum was not rotating, and the drying performance was inconsistent.
During the diagnostic inspection, our technicians identified a failed drive motor. Due to the motor malfunction, excessive strain was placed on the belt, which caused it to wear out and eventually fail as well.
