The customer experienced ignition problems: one burner kept clicking even after the flame was lit, while another burner would not ignite at all.
After performing a complete diagnostic, our technician identified faulty ignition components. We replaced two igniters, restored proper operation of one burner, and carefully tested all gas connections and safety systems. The second burner requires a specific spark module designed for this Thermador model. The part has already been ordered and is expected to arrive within 2–3 business days, after which we will complete the repair.
