Completed a Bosch dishwasher repair in an upscale neighborhood of San Diego near La Jolla / North Pacific Beach.
The customer reported two separate issues. First, the dishwasher was not dispensing detergent properly during the wash cycle, which resulted in poor cleaning performance. After diagnostics, we found a failed soap dispenser assembly and replaced it with a new OEM part.
The second issue was incomplete draining at the end of the cycle. Water remained inside the tub and cycles were not finishing correctly. Our technician inspected the drain system and identified a failed drain pump. We installed a new drain pump, tested drainage performance, and verified proper operation through a full cycle.
After repairs, the Bosch dishwasher completed all wash stages correctly, dispensed detergent normally, and drained completely with no standing water.
