Marquee Magic

We used a clear marquee in our garden for a week of events before our Indian wedding. The decor looked incredible and it made our events come alive - we were so impressed and Tony was helpful and accommodating at every stage. We were worried the marquee would be cold in winter but rhe heating worked perfectly and kept everyone toasty. Highly recommend

This is the second time of patronising Marquee Magic, although 9 years apart, we loved the service rendered on both occasions. Would also state that the standard has improved, the set-ups were perfect for the parties in our garden in Hornchurch RM12. Our guests were really impressed and have been referred to Tony. Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Tony at Marquee Magic for our garden wedding reception. Tony came out twice to our property to measure, and then double check the dimensions of the marquee to ensure it would fit. The quote was re-jigged a number of times leading up to the date at our own request and they were very flexible. The marquee was erected well in advance of our reception and it went up surprisingly quickly. It was then taken down extremely quickly the following date, which was a pleasant surprise, although unexpected as we were informed it might take a few days due to business. Pricing was competitive and overall extremely satisfied with how the marquee looked.

Well what can we say...... 11 Months ago we embarked on the planning of our wedding. After much searching of venues around London, we came up with the crazy idea of having Marquees at our home 2 weeks before Christmas in the middle of winter... we contacted Marquee Magic and Met with Tony, the second we met him and explained our vision of our perfect wedding blessing and reception, we expected a straight “no can do” but he went for a tour of our triple level nightmare city garden, measured up and just said “not a problem, we can do this” we couldn’t quite believe it, as we new this would be a challenge.... we met following up to our wedding a good few times, and every time,Tony was so helpful, so relaxed and made all our worries go away, his manner is nothing but professional and he knows his stuff that’s for sure. The time arrives for the Marquees to go up, his Fantastic team arrived hardworking, thorough, helpful, yet relaxed again, nothing was too much trouble... the marquees were quality and a fabulous extension of our home, and was over and above what we imagined it would look like. The team worked for 3 days in the Big Freeze, Gale Force winds and torrential rain, complete troopers, never once did they complain or get under our feet, very impressive. We hired everything we needed from Marquee Magic also, and it was imacculate, our wedding and Reception was a huge success and had the total wow factor for our guests, we can’t thank Marquee Magic, Tony and his fab team for all you did, we can’t thank you enough, and will,for sure be using & recommending you for the future. The big clean up was equally as stress free, respectful of us just being married and quietly took everything down... we were sad to see you all go.. ha ha ha. We've used Marquee Magic for many years supporting our outdoor community events in Pimlico. The team are always early, complete the work swiftly, and happy to adapt to changes onsite

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. I have used Magic Marque before however this time round the service was appalling. The marque was not fitted on time as they left half way and started finishing the marque the next day when I had an event that same night. On seeing how the marque was assembled it was not to the size I had agreed. No one speaks English apart from Tony who is rude and does not know customer service. He also took £300 deposit and have not returned it. I will be taking legal action against the company.

Excellent service. Tony and his team were super helpful and full of great advice for our Christmas event setup. Much appreciated and we were very happy with the service and equipment throughout.
