Our technician, Robert, was outstanding. He was kind, efficient, and completed the repairs quickly. There were two areas in our home that needed attention, and Robert clearly explained what needed to be done every step of the way. We are very grateful that our home warranty partners with Marlin Plumbing, Heating, and Air, and we are extremely pleased with the quality of their work and service. Highly recommended.

Oh my goodness, these guys have been so great. My ancient 31 year old roof top air conditioner finally went out in 105+ temps. Marlin rallied to get us what we needed. Until all special order parts come in, Marlin provided 3 portable A/C units to keep our doggos and us chilled in the interim. 5+ stars so far. Chad, Mike and Ben worked extremely hard under challenging conditions. From rainy weather to dealing with older outdated equipment challenges, they weren’t going away unless it was all perfect and we were thoroughly happy. They spent the time explaining all the warranty info along with future support for any problems we might have. I was encouraged to call anytime if I had questions or problems. Bottom line, just go with Marlin Plumbing, Heating and Air. I guarantee you will be happy. Thank you guys. I couldn’t have asked for better service. It performs and looks wonderful.

Robert did a great job and was very informative. Although the home warranty company initially suggested replacing only one part of the water heater unit, Robert knew (correctly) that 2 parts were faulty and he replaced both (both under warranty). Thanks Robert. Good job.

I have nothing but Respect for Marlin Plumbing and Heating. They were very responsive, and Communicated with us the whole time. They did what was asked and was very On time with what they said. When they tell you a time,they show up at that time. Chad. and his crew were very polite and treated us with high Respect In my opinion! I can not say enough good about Marlin plumbing and heating. My heater stopped working on the coldest night of year, I about froze to death. The following day was a Saturday and Chad quickly responded and went above and beyond to assure that I had heat before the end of the day. Even if that meant getting plug in heaters to help warm up the room. He pulled all the strings and was able to fix my heater which was a bad circuit board and finished around 7:30. I’ve never experienced a company of any kind go to the effort of excellent customer service like Chad and Marlin plumbing and heating did. Chad thank you so very much for getting the heat back into my house so quickly. I would 100% recommend Marlin Plumbing and heating to everyone.

We had a water leak in the wall between the guest bathroom and the master bedroom closet. Our home warranty service contacted Marlin Plumbing Heating and Air and we are so glad they did. Robert came the next day and quickly assessed the problem. It was necessary for him to cut a hole in the wall of the closet to fix the pipe. The care and precision Robert displayed in cutting that hole, and fixing that pipe, was amazing. In no time at all, the pipe was fixed. Robert could not have been more professional and it is obvious he cares about doing a good job. If we ever have an issue again, we will call Marlin and ask that they send Robert.

ice young man but too many add one to my water heater to make my home warranty not very attractive. Did not use marlin but paid out of pocket for our plumber we used for remodel. I’m much happier. We are going to change our home warranty too or just do without one if they all work that way!

Robert was my technician, he was very professional, very knowledgeable, very pleasant to work with. Nicki, in the office was also very pleasant to work with. Always informing me with updates on a somewhat difficult situation. They both went above and beyond to make things happen. I would definitely use their services again.

Nathaniel was on time, knowledgeable and efficient with service. I found them through my home warranty service and I was so relieved they an excellent contractor! He answered all my questions, and explained everything. But most Important, my dog loved him. She barks and growls at everybody. Not a peep from her. That’s the best measure of quality individual! I’ll be calling back. There’s much more to be updated in this little hole I bought.
