We had one of our three single-car garage doors replaced by Mark’s Overhead Door Service. We trusted the company and even paid in full weeks before installation. The installer only mentioned a possible color variation between the old and new doors, but never mentioned that ALL SALES ARE FINAL—and that phrase is not printed anywhere on the paperwork they sent for electronic signature.
When the new door was installed, we immediately noticed that the style did not match our existing garage doors. I reported the issue right away and was told that upper management would meet to find a solution. A week later, they called back to say they had verbally told us this information, which is absolutely not true.
Their only proposed solution was to offer a $125 discount if we replaced our other two garage doors, which is not a fair resolution. After more follow-up, I was told someone would contact us again, but it’s now been over two weeks with no response.
We are very disappointed with how Mark’s Overhead Door Service has handled this situation. We expected honesty and accountability, but instead have been left frustrated and without a solution.
