We hired Mark for a small shower repair. $600. Not only was the quality of work poor, but he changed the dimensions of the door so we had to spend an extra $1,175 to get a new door! He swore up and down that the glass company can cut it. I called 5, all said absolutely not, once it’s tempered they cannot do a thing.
He has made no effort to come fix/finish the repair. The grout is either missing or already cracked in a matter of weeks. The sill that he used is too short, as you see in the picture. It should extend underneath the wall tile. Huge, messy grout joints already failing.
We’ll see if the leak was even stopped.

Within the last three years, Mark has completed three separate renovation jobs. Including tile and a remodeled bathroom. We have been extremely satisfied with his work and have gotten compliments from many people. He is honest and his prices are very reasonable and we will definitely use him again. We have are very happy with the quality of his work. Thank you Mark !
