We just had our roof replaced. We used Mark Taylor Construction LLC. They were so easy to work with. Everyone from the sales representative to the roofers to the office staff were kind and very professional. The roof brightens the entire house. We received a fair price for a beautiful job well done. We had a great experience with this company replacing our roof! The roof looks fantastic. We did have an issue that came up after the roof was installed (regarding our gutters), however after speaking with Mark Taylor, it was immediately resolved. He had his workers out to fix the issue right away (on a holiday weekend). Mark Taylor backs his work and I'd highly recommend him and his company if you're looking for a reputable and trustworthy company.

I am very pleased with my new roof! The crew was extremely efficient, and the project was completed quite quickly. It looks beautiful and I was especially happy that they cleaned every piece of roofing debris from my yard when the job was complete. It was also very reassuring that there were no deficits noted when it was inspected afterward. I am glad that I selected Mark Taylor Roofing for this job. I have worked in the construction industry for decades. I needed a roof replacement on a business I help manage. I chose Mark Taylor's company to do the roof replacement. They did a perfect job! Zero issues with them! Got the job done on time, without problems, and for the amount of money that I thought it should cost. Excellent all around!

Outstanding customer service! I was pressed for time due to the upcoming hurricane season, they delivered their services the date I wanted it done. Katie and Vicki were very responsive to the concerns/questions I had. On the day of the actual job the roof workers were all ready to start work a little before 7 am. After the job, everything was cleaned, I found no single nail on the ground! I am truly satisfied and happy with their work. My new roof was complimented by my neighbors. I fully recommend this company to everybody.

I highly recommend this company. We needed a new roof and we obtained bids from 5 companies. Mark Taylor was not the exactly the lowest but I could tell they were going to be the best. I did some research and I found other people saying great things about the company. I knew one of the reviewers so I called her and she had nothing but good things to say. We dealt with Angel and he is an all around great guy. The team showed up time and were very professional. Great company, great price, great service. 5 stars all around!

This is a great roofing company. I got estimates from 5 highly-rated companies. Mark Taylor was the first to get me an estimate, and theirs was fair and less than the other quotes. They were also extremely responsive. I called and texted Angel multiple times, and he was always quick to answer or respond. Crew showed up and did a great job, and close-out inspections were done quickly. Very pleased!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The whole process was quick and easy to get my roof inspected and repaired. They were the only company out of 3 others that did not try to convince me that I needed a full roof replacement on a roof that was not even 2 years old. The repair was completed within a couple hours and I've had no issues since the repair. They were thorough, communicative, and very cost friendly.
