An outstanding bespoke experience at Mark One Tailor. I had a ladies jacket, coat, and shirt made, and the experience was so exceptional we added a suit coat and shirt for my husband as well. The staff and tailor were professional, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable—offering thoughtful guidance on fabrics, fit, and style without any pressure. I felt completely at ease throughout the process. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded expectations, especially given the quick turnaround. As a final touch, the finished garments were delivered directly to our hotel at the JW Marriott, making the experience completely seamless. Even more impressive, the pricing was less than department-store rack items, yet the quality and fit were far superior. I got two suits tailored by the brilliant Sammy and Mark whilst on holiday in Khao Lak. I was very impressed by their professionalism and friendly demeanour throughout our appointments. They have a wide range of fabrics and colours to choose from - all of high quality. So much so that it was a little difficult to choose what to get but both were very consultative and worked closely with me in choosing and then designing two brilliant suits. Very pleased with the outcome and I’m looking forward to wearing them for the weddings I have coming up. Mark was very helpful without pressurising us to make a decision. He showed us samples of silk fabric to choose from and there were catalogues to browse. I had two silk shirts made and my husband had two silk shirts made and they fitted perfectly. I needed a couple of minor alterations at the fitting but they were done superbly. Would recommend this tailor.

My wife and I both got custom made suits from Mark One Taylor while we were visiting Khaolak. Sammi was very pleasant to deal with. He is professional and speaks perfect English, making it easy for us Canadians to communicate when picking colors and fabrics. The same goes for Robbie - they made the experience very enjoyable. They took our measurements, helped us pick styles, and the next day we were back in the shop trying on our suits! They fit great but the second round of alterations made the suits fit perfectly.
