Had to have a crumbling chimney replaced. Workers were on time, very professional and neat. I thought this would be an all day job and work was completed in just under 2 hours. This was a follow up to a heat and hot water boiler backdraft issue from years of birds packing the chimney. The roof patch looks very secure and the foreman even helped secure the chain on my attic stairs so it would stay on. Highly recommend this company. Well worth the wait. Both jobs were done very professionally.

Mark Jameson Chimney was recommended by a dear friend. My chimney had collapsed in the basement, and my homeowners insurance refused to cover the damage. As a result, i had to pay out-of-pocket. Mark was incredibly helpful and worked with me to find a more affordable price. Dennis, the project manager, was also fantastic, answering all my questions. The work was done exceptionally well. I highly recommend this company. Ohh i can't forget about Ms. Noelle she was phenomena!!!

Very happy with these guys. Mark came right away and gave me an assessment for my three fireplaces (I live in an old wooden house— and wanted top care for my chimneys)- he gave me a very informed opinion and sent his team out right away. They were excellent and also knew what they were doing. I feel my house is safer for their visit and I have a clear understanding as to how I maintain…and I will use them again.

Great experience. Great company to work with. I initially set up an appointment for a chimney and fireplace cleaning. Jose and his crew showed up on time, looked at my fireplace, and actually told me there’s no reason I need a cleaning, since I have a gas burning fireplace and I’ve also rarely used it. He saved me $200. However, he did mention that my chimney chase cover was rotted and rusted, and risked water or snow leaks. His crew got on a 40 foot ladder and took pictures of the rotted chase cover to show me, recommending I replace it with a stainless steel cover that would be fabricated in house. The quote was more than reasonable compared to some of the other companies out there. Lead time was fast and I had a new chase cover installed within a week. Dennis, the boss at the time of install, was professional and easy to work with. He even went above and beyond to spray paint the surrounding PVC, since it was cosmetically covered in rust, just below the chase cover. Everything looks clean and pristine! My only complaint would be the lack of an official company warranty. I’m sure if I have an issues though, Mark would correct it. Wouldn’t have an issue hiring them again

Your crew arrived on the date and time promised and got right to work. They relined our chimney as well as applying a new coating of stucco to the entire outside column. They also enlarged our flue from our hot water heater to bring it up to code. The entire crew was very polite and respectful to both my wife and myself. The foreman was on site pretty much the entire time, and explained the process and answered any questions we had. The crew cleaned up the job site very well before leaving and were quite pleasant during the entire job. All work was complete by 2:00 ! I will highly recommend your company to and neighbors or friends who need similar work. I thought your price was very fair for the work we had done.

Mark Jameson Chimney provided excellent service from start to finish. The project manager arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable, explaining the specific codes and design details of my chimney clearly. His team also arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout the job. They installed a stainless steel chimney liner with great care and left the work area spotless. I highly recommend Mark Jameson Chimney for their expertise and outstanding workmanship.

After two days without heat during the coldest winter stretch, this team's responsiveness was a lifesaver. The receptionist immediately understood the urgency, and within 24 hours of the initial inspection, a full crew arrived to address the problem—a deteriorating 20-year-old chimney liner posing serious carbon monoxide risks. The five-person crew completed the entire repair in just four hours, handling the heating equipment and flammable materials with exceptional professionalism and care. While the cost initially seemed high, the value was absolutely worth it: fast heat restoration during cold temperatures, they provide proper safety handling, and peace of mind. I Highly recommend for heating emergencies, especially safety-critical repairs involving carbon monoxide concerns. Their speed, expertise, and dedication are outstanding. Alg

We had a great experience with them for our first repair of our chimney flue that we used them again to replace our rusted chimney cap. They did an excellent job, made sure we were happy, cleaned up after themselves and had great communication with their office. Highly recommend.

My appointment was rescheduled three times!! I was understanding and just went with it each time. All three appointments were on a Saturday morning and the next offer to me was a Tuesday morning. I was unable to commit to a Tuesday because of work and when I tried to reschedule they told me the price would be three times as much! Reason being that they already been out to the area where I live!!! That was unexpected when I was patient and understanding of their rescheduling. In response I was offered one appointment I could not make, and it was also “due to a family emergency” or something along those lines it was NOT just because of rain. One of the cancellations had nothing to do with the weather.
