Mark & Michelle just completed our shower renovation in 2 days as they said they would. I needed the shower step-over curb to be removed in order to make my shower more easily accessible. We chose an intricate tile pattern for the shower floor as the floor had to be raised to meet the new transition piece. Lo and behold it is beautiful! Mark & Michelle are conscientious workers. We were informed every step of the way. They are reasonably priced as well. We are very satisfied.

Mark and his partner were just outstanding. They were on time, incredibly nice to deal with and did an amazing job installing ceramic wood tiles on our lanai. We asked them to do a diagonal pattern and what a great job! Transformed our back deck into a tropical retreat. And, despite taking far longer than they anticipated to do the job, they didn’t say a word. Throughout the process I could hear them discussing options to make sure everything would look right and they spent a lot of time inspecting the work to ensure everything was perfect. I believe that craftmanship is a lost art today. We have lost the human spirit to produce superior results in the work we do. Craftmanship was never a one-time thing. It was taught and instilled in workers, it was cultivated and perpetuated to produce highly skilled workers. Well, was I surprised when I contracted with Mark Davis Tile LLC to install tile in my townhouse. We agreed to have the tile installed on 03/04/2022. Mark contacted me and asked if I wanted to have the work commence on 02/28/2022. The job was completed prior to the project date of 03/04/2022. From the time the job was started to the finished product, Mark and Michelle were conscientious and meticulous about their work. They were extremely patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. They explained everything in layman’s terms, avoiding any confusing technical jargon. The tile installation was superb. They left my porch as clean as they found it. I can not include any additional adjectives that would explain the excellence of their work and my appreciation for their craftmanship. Mark and Michelle are true artisans in every sense of the word. I highly recommend Mark Davis LLC and know that they would never disappoint anyone with the quality of their craftmanship.

I used Mark and his wife Michelle to do our kitchen backsplash. They quoted a very reasonable price and did a great job. We bought the tile ourselves, based on our builder’s recommendation. Mark and Michelle are very hard workers, very personable and don't waste time getting down to business. They did a lovely job installing new 18" ceramic floor tile in our remodeled kitchen. Their pricing is very reasonable, don't think you can do better with the big boys. Only one very minor criticism, they are a little messy but did clean up with the exception of a few spatters they missed. We highly recommend them!

Mark and Michelle did a fantastic job on my flooring. It was a large format tile laied at 45 degree angle for my living room, kitchen and hallway. The floor was uneven but they did a great job of getting everything level and strait.

Mark and Michelle were hired to do the entire house and bathroom. Showed up Everyday and on time until the job was complete. They worked with me every step of the way . Will definitely be having them do the last room and bathroom once it is ready. If your looking for a hard worker that gives you a fair price mark davis tile is your place. Contacted Mark on a Wednesday, and they were here that night with a measurement and written estimate. They even drove to Orlando to pick up the tiles we had picked out on their trailer. They were here that following Monday to start the work. We could not of been more pleased with the work. Mark and Michelle are great people and we are glad to call them our friends now. We have more projects planned, and they will be our first call. Great job guys!

Mark and Michelle did a fantastic job. Mark is a perfectionist and I was very impressed by his attention to detail and his hard working ethic. I found him and Michelle to be very reliable in completing their work and doing it in a timely fashion with a reasonable price. They were a friendly couple and it was a pleasure doing business with them. What more could you ask for? At some point we plan on hiring them again for a total master bathroom renovation.
