Mark Appliance & Refrigerator Repair

Ramil and Alexander arrived this morning--1 day service after my call yesterday! It does not get any more responsive than that! Diagnostic was performed and my options were provided. They explained issue to me thoroughly and did not try to make me spend money unless warranted. I so appreciate the honesty! I will use them again for sure!

Our washing machine was very broken and required multiple fixes. The technician Ivan returned twice to tackle the very complicated case and was kind, professional, and thorough. We would definitely use Mark’s Appliance Repair again for any future appliance concerns.

Mark's sent a tech to my home to repair a washing machine. The tech spoke no (zero) English, so most of the time was spent trying to figure out what he was saying (Brazilian I think). He did nothing except open a couple of covers and throw his hands up (unrepairable). He left and I went to the Internet with the model number and my problem was a common issue that I fixed with some Loc-tite in 5 minutes. Very disappointing, $125 for nothing. I won't call Mark's again.

Incredible response time, great communication, and the fee for a technician to come out to assess the problem was literally half or more than half the price of other places I callled (note that the fee is applied towards the repair If you move forward with them). I love that they send a text with the photo and info about the tech who will come to your house and an alert when they're about 30 minutes away. The tech that came to assess our broken washing machine was named Ramil, and he was friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the problem, and had the manufacturer's part on the truck! No waiting for a missing part or extra fees to order it! The repair was fast and came with a guarantee on the work, plus Ramil kindly answered some of my questions and shared his advice on how best to clean my washer. Without a doubt Mark Appliance will be my first call for appliance issues in the future.

Ivan did a great job. Had my refrigerator back running in 30 minutes. He replaced the compressor relay and it’s running great. He was very polite, friendly, and honest about the issue. He even wore booties over his shoes. A big plus all their repairs have a 90 day warranty for parts and labor.

Ivan was very professional and knowledgeable in the inspection of my gas range. I will definitely use him in the future if I need an appliance repaired. 5 Star Service.

Ivan has been to my home twice to work on my fridge. The first time my freezer was locked up and wouldn't open. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it immediately. He was knowledgeable, intelligent, and sooooo kind. Then my fridge had a different problem and I called immediately and asked for him to come. Once again he fixed it immediately and was so helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. He's the BEST!

Was very happy with the young gentleman that came to fix our dryer! Very knowledgeable and found the problem right away they ordered the part and returned to install it in a timely manner and was satisfied with the price l will recommend Mark’s appliances service to anyone!
